Our lido spinals last 120 mins. If we have a slower surgeon, I’ll add 4 mcg dexmedetomidine to squeeze out another 30-45 min of sensory block. If long revision, we go back to bupi spinal. Timing is key—we try to place spinal and then roll back to room within 10 min #DukeRAP
