I agree. I think those starting to adopt #ESPBlock are not replacing #epidurals, but rather expanding the tools in their #batbelt for situations where an epidural is not ideal. #PVB seems to be more of an #epidural replacement, though. #ASRASpring19 @ASRA_Society

Oct 25th I researched on PM for major interfascial plane block for n of publication (any type) since first description. TAP, PECS, SAP, QLB and #ESPblock. Img shows the exponential trend of #ESP publ in just 2 yr. Waiting for RCTs comparing #PVB vs ESP. #RegionalAnesthesia
