discovered that my Intel CNVI uses a split firmware architecture a UMAC/LMAC microcode block inside the Wi-Fi/BT controller when the AP sends certain management frames (PMF/802.11w, 802.11r FT frames, WPA3 transition mode) the firmware enters a protect domain path and resets.

最近のマイコンボードすげぇな。 20mm四方くらいのボードがwifiも青歯も搭載してて、wifiサーバとして動くから携帯端末から接続して今走ってるプログラムの変数を書き換えたりできるのな。 入出力ピンも10個あるしgpioも対応してるからセンサモジュール付けるだけでIoT革命やぁ～

そもそもPico Wにはwifi機能がついているので、esp8266のモジュールを接続して使うのは冗長なんだけどね。まあ格安基板のテストみたいなもんだわ。

AMD環境なので、wifi7用モジュールでよくあるBE200は使えない 調べたらQCNCM-865ならいけるとの事だったので、ダメ元で買ってみた 右:今まで使ってたwifi6用モジュール 左:QCNCM865
