🙂 After almost two years from the publication of the proposal and 16 hours trilogue, the EU has a brand new EED. ☹️As it is often the case, the Council has put the brakes on ambition and good delivery.
To support the #EnergyEfficiencyDirective (EED) goals, Article 7 EED requires Member States to achieve yearly #EnergySavings. To reach this goal, 🇪🇺 countries implement #EnergyEfficiencyObligation scheme or alternative policy measures. 🤨BUT what are these alternative measures⁉️
