Seems like a false dichotomy. Gordon Brown & Boris Johnson are cut from the same cloth. The difference is the former of the two had no idea how unequipped he was to be Prime Minister, the latter simply doesn't care. Both lied constantly about the demand for #EnglishDevolution.
