True, the #FX8U's "Full Clarity" option in macro mode (focus bracketing) helps to overcome the shallow depth of field issues resulting from a bright lens. I ended up taking macro shots with "Full Clarity" enabled of our cats instead of portraits because I didn't like the DoF in

I will take some photos with both my #FX7U and #FX8U. I get the feeling that this occurs especially in suboptimally lit scenes where the AI recognizes faces or people and then decides to "enhance" the photo. But the detection of faces also happens in Master Mode ... 🤔

Love the #FX8U, so really leaning towards the #FX9U at the moment. However, I am also planning to replace my #P40Pro, so I am also eying the #16U and the #X300U...

I prefer the #FX8U's "blueish hue" over the #FX7U's "yellowish hue", like a permanent Clear or Serenity filter.

I think #FX7U gives a slightly warmer image than the #FX8U. Which one is closer to what you see?

All photos point and shoot, minimum time between the shots. Trying to cover all focal lengths. Straight ouf of camera. No filters applied, only watermark added in postprocessing. What do you think? Which phone camera do you prefer here, the #FX8U's or the #FX7U's camera?

The last comparison for today. Again, 10x Master Mode with identical ISO and shutter values for both the #FX7U and the #FX8U. As expected, the #FX7U's photos are considerably darker since it has the smaller aperture and sensor on its 6x periscope zoom camera. Important: colours

Unbelievable. I think the #FX7U is on the verge of overtaking the #FX8U... feature wise,that is. OTA update inbound for the #OPPO #FindX7Ultra. Awesome.
