Hey @cityofcalgary - it's time to slow down & reassess the #FlamesArena - for many reasons: 1) timing - not now - not during COVID, not post collapse of oil prices - let's wait 5 to 10 years. 2) costs - are exploding - the cost per citizen ESTIMATE - may well double. DELAY!
