Already happening... $AI use differs by those with #functionalLiteracy versus those with credentialed literacy. $Fear also skews methods of engagement, and #socialgraph providers produce #SelfSlavers versus local rooted self-possessed intelligence. Sharing down, derivation up..
This is one theory. The other theory is: Individuals already find it hard to understand or communicate with other individuals who are +/- 1 Standard Deviation IQ away. We will experience the same with AI. So smarter people will be able to make far better use of AI.
