So after Shadow Cabinet I dropped into a special briefing by @greatermcr Combined Authority on the #GMSpatialFramework and #TransportStrategy2040. I put the case for better transport links, inc for Denton and Reddish South and made my objections known on Bredbury Parkway AGAIN!

My initial response is on facebook.com/DebbieAbrahams… But in brief I agree with you. It doesn't address the concerns I raised in my response to the 2016 draft #GMSpatialFramework e.g., for Brownfield sites to be used first. We have until 21/3/19 to respond to #GMCA with alternatives
The proposal is full of contradictions and most frustratingly as our elected officials the voices of the constituents from the 2016 proposals have been ignored. We look forward to hearing your response @Debbie_abrahams
