Support worker as a role needs promoting as a career. Many have heard of #HCAs but many are not aware of other support worker opportunities such as #AHPsupportworker roles
1/2 Had interesting conversation about promoting support worker careers. Part of this, particularly given how many roles there are is the 'narrative' promoting careers (why someone should be a support worker). It made me think is it any different to why you should be a nurse etc?
