Today our 5th graders dissected deer hearts as they continued to learn about God’s amazing design of the circulatory system (and we had some fun along the way). #HCSTransform
This morning, Josh Casey (and a few middle school “helpers) kicked off chapel in the New Year by reminding us that as Image Bearers we reflect the beauty and creativity of King Jesus. #HCSTransform
Worship Wednesday! On this last Wednesday of the school year, our staff held our morning prayer/worship on the front lawn as students and families arrived. It was good to gather and give thanks for all God has blessed us with this year. #HCSTransform

As 7th grade finished their literature unit on Huck Finn, they were required to create a game, poster, or scale model of some aspect of the book. Their creativity is now on display for the rest of our students to see and discuss. #HCSTransform
In response to our Chapel theme this month of being Servant Workers - our 5th grade took it upon themselves to organize and collect food for the @nlcpantry. Yesterday students sorted and dropped off the donations. Great job 5th grade. #HCSTransform #ServantWorkers
Spring has our PreK classes thinking about planting season. Today they sorted and counted seeds (and enjoyed the beautiful spring sunshine). #HCSTransform #CreationEnjoyer
This morning in Chapel, we discussed Bezalel and Oholiab - the builders that God called by name, and gave creativity to, in making the Tabernacle. Students then listed the gifts God has given them to create beauty and decorated our own “Beauty Tree.” #HCSTransform #BeautyMakers
