Our 'All Is One' workshop is going down a storm this morning. Our scientists have been brilliant and the children are enjoying their demonstrations! #HPAPLScience
At HPAPL we strive to develop an awareness and understanding of the role and importance of science in everyday life. Here are Year 6 undertaking some recent scientific explorations. Future scientists perhaps? #HPAPLScience
Year 6 have been looking at genes and DNA in class and just look at what they made. DNAmazing, wouldn't you say?! #HPAPLScience #HPAPLTweets
Year 4 Malaga and Alicante class loved the Science Museum! They learned lots in Michael Faraday's workshop about electricity! @sciencemuseum @SM_Learn #HPAPLScience #HPAPLYear4
What a brilliant afternoon on Friday. Chris Barber, Director of the International Space School Educational Trust visited us to tell us about life in space. The pupil have been talking about it since and are really excited about their science lessons! #HPAPLScience #HPAPLInspires
Lab coats on, our intrepid scientists have been busy at work this week! Who knows what they’ll discover?! #HPAPLScience
Year 4 were incredible at building series circuits in science yesterday!! #HPAPLScience 💡 What both the kids and bulbs light up!
It's Science Week! Madrid and Leon pupils made scientific predictions today, with the help of our lovely parents! Can we prove that plants drink water? Check out our results at the Science Fair! #HPAPLScience #ScienceWeek
#HPAPLYear4 have been investigating if different shaped series circuits work today in their #HPAPLScience class - what a bunch of bright sparks! 💡
Science week closing ceremony ended with a bang! 💥 A huge thank you to Ms Pearce for organising and delivery such incredible assemblies and workshops. We’re already looking forward to next year! #BritishScienceWeek #HPAPLScience @HarrisFed @WCSQM
San Sebastián designed and created their own boats to test how surface area affects water resistance! Nothing like seeing science in action! #HPAPLScience
As part of Science and Engineering week our Year 6 children are currently experiencing a slice of university life as they visit @ucl for the 'Your Universe' Astronomy Festival. Inspiration for our future scientists! #HPAPLScience #HPAPLTrips
Last week Year 3 had a fantastic time at their Science Fair! #HPAPLYear3 #ScienceMatters #HPAPLScience
In Science this term, our topic in 2 Browne is ‘plants and their habitats’. Our scientists learned about the different parts of plants and their functions and had fun investigating various fruits and vegetables and identifying their stems, leaves and roots! #HPAPLScience
