That compares favorably to @bmoredhcd productiongoals for add'l affordable rentals (just 572 units 2000-2024). And those 620 IH units don't include add'l units that could've been generated at projects subsidized thru other programs like TIF & brownfields e.g. at #HarborPoint. 2/
