Great @amolrajan spotlighting Class prejudice which surely limits a society's potential. Many great points including that barriers to #socialmobility and #howtocracktheclassceiling can also be internal. Not being able to crack the coded language of a privileged background.

@BBC 70% middle class when it's 30% nationally. They're not interested in class diversity. Mostly private school educated. Employing their own kind, regardless of ability of working class. Sneer at working class that get through. No diversity of ideas. #howtocracktheclassceiling

#howtocracktheclassceiling by @amolrajan is an excellent example of what I see at work every day working in careers at @LeedsTrinity, a social mobility university. Employer practices indirectly & directly preventing social mobility and preventing graduates from achieving!
