My son surprised me with birthday dinner tonight of steak frites. It was plated much nicer until I started eating before taking the picture. Pretty dam good for a 9yo. #ProudDad #KitsWhoCook @calmecam

So the annual hot sauce day returned. The bags were actually fairly sweet. So the first batch is very mild. The second I added smoked chillies dried chillies and a spoon of gochujang. It has a lot more kick. And finally pickled the rest. #KitsWhoCook

After getting the idea in my head on Friday I am making fully scratch made bagel bites. The cheese turned out awesome and the bagels are going to be perfect #KitsWhoCook @calmecam

First bread in a while. Did a slow rise focaccia. Just basic with salt and garlic. Pretty happy with how it turned out but I can improve. #KitsWhoCook
