Shipping managed Laravel Reverb to Laravel Cloud on Monday in developer preview. 📡 We're still working on some alerts and auto-scaling but want to get it in your hands so you can use it. Fully managed. Environment variables auto-injected into your environment. Easy peasy.

I'll probably never understand developers who decide to build their Laravel projects as SPA without the real need for it. Then they struggle making it work properly, use extra tools for SSR for SEO and various workarounds to pretend to the browser like it's not an SPA.

Today we open Laravel MCP (beta) to the public! Laravel MCP is a library that makes it simple to build Model Context Protocol servers in your Laravel apps. This gives AI clients (like Claude, Cursor, & ChatGPT) a structured way to interact with your application. It's already…

For a new personal project I tried using modern JS tech stack which recommended a Next.js backend. It lost me at the complexity of authentication and getting started (even using Claude Code to do the actual coding). Laravel makes it so much easier out of the box. Happy…

Why don't we have a Laravel for JavaScript? It's a complicated topic, so I finally sat down and broke it down in a video

I still have the same feeling of joy when working with @laravelphp like I had when I first came to the framework 6 (!) years ago. I built the whole team management + dynamic UI in a couple of hours, thanks to Laravel, Livewire, and Tailwind CSS!

Unpopular opinion: in Blade, I prefer HTML over x-whatever syntax. I can read/understand HTML immediately. With slots/components, I need to dig deeper to understand what's inside or how to edit. Compare Breeze/Jetstream vs UI. I'm old, I started with simple HTML, don't @ me.

It may be a hot take, and may not even directly answer the question you asked, but I've noticed what feels like a growing gap between the PHP and Laravel communities. Laravel has such a strong identity now that sometimes it feels like the community revolves around Laravel itself…

I think we, as Laravel/PHP community, have a problem. I don't see many new/young devs starting with Laravel. I also heard the same topic expressed by Taylor, Jeffrey, Nuno in podcasts. Question: what can I/we do to promote PHP/Laravel to outsiders? Let's brainstorm.
