It is possible to add additional structured data (even linked data; with URIs) along with W3C Web Annotations (as implemented by e.g. @hypothes_is ). If not everyone will prefer @dokieli as a #LinkedResearch authoring platform, the edges we seek could be added as #WebAnnotations
