The Govt rethink isn’t a #WASPI victory; it’s the result of years of evidence from multiple groups. As #50sWomen of Wales, we say no more division, no more PR spin. We want justice through #MediationnotLitigation and a settlement that includes every woman. A date is imminent.
Yet again, #WASPI has held its nerve and, virtually at the steps of the court, the Govt has backed down, accepting its decision simply cannot withstand scrutiny. As a result there is no requirement for a hearing today, and no Judicial Review on 9/10 December. Details here:
