2-0-1 in our first #MagicMates #DFT draft. Opened Agonasaur Rex but green felt pretty cut so moved into the open blue artifact lane. Was building a sweet UW mill control deck but then P3P1 opened Sab-Sunen so then just had to go UG after all 🤷🏽‍♀️

2-0-1 in a Strixhaven "Double Diploma" #MagicMates draft (6 packs each, packs are burned after 7 picks). Built a classic UG deck with 11 lessons and 10 learn spells. Drew the finals to the only BW drafter in the pod with a pretty busted 8-rare deck.

🏆4-0 at last night's #MagicMates Peasant Cube draft. Thought my UWb Drake/Flicker deck was pretty medium but it proved remarkably resilient. Managed to combo off in every round in a very convoluted way that involved using Ghostly Flicker, Makeshift Mannequin and Scholar.

Drafted a crazy Marina brew to finish off our #MagicMates #DSK season. Went 1-2 losing to good guy @Charlie_Boyd_ in a lengthy R3 where G1 I cast Marina on t5 and hit 4 spells. Including the pic where I somehow drew only blue spells and lands (I kept and won) 🤣

Another 2-1 at last night's #MagicMates #DSK draft with WB wraths reanimator. Had some sweet turns with Cynical Loner which really overperformed in this deck. Really missed a Terramorphic Expanse to get Altanak into the yard.

2-1 at tonight's #MagicMates #DSK draft with a very fun 4c reanimator deck featuring 2 Shroudstompers, Swarmweaver and 6 ways to get them back. Lost a round to flood + Valgavoths Onslaught. SB Chandelier was not needed.

2-1 with a pretty good RGb bombs deck at tonights #MagicMates draft. Main deck to the left and sideboard options on the right. Would be happy with this for Sunday's #MagicMatesCup for sure!

1-2 at our first #MagicMates #DSK draft with somewhat of an unfortunate WG deck splashing Bookworm. I was definitely meant to be white but the draft was really tough, seated between a UG and a UR drafter basically cutting off my other options. And @Calm_Mirror stole my payoffs.

0-3 at tonight's #MagicMates #BLB draft with a decent if unexciting RW deck. Had some bad luck with mana but it was consistent enough to make me suspect the deck was also worse than I thought! I played 8 of each basics and the Fabled Passage FWIW.

1-0-2 at tonight's #MagicMates #OTJ draft with a 4x Raven WB crimes deck splashing Intimidation Campaign. Deck was tricky to play which certainly ate into my time. Had some cute synergies but nothing super special. The wrath was pretty great given my creatures were so small!

🏆3-0 at our first #MagicMates #MH3 deck with a pretty medium RW deck. Got to play 27 spells 22 lands thanks to 5 MDFcs. Won g3 of the finals after keeping a 0 (basic) land hand. Cheesed one win with a Skoa + grandeur play and another with Scurry of Gremlins.

1-1-1 at tonight's #MagicMates draft with one of the better paper decks I've piloted; GBu Bonny Pall. Slight misplay in R1 meant I died to exact damage. And then I was 1 land off winning a 7 turn g3 in r3 and it was the next card deep. That's Magic for you!

🏆3-0 at tonight's #MagicMates #OTJ draft with a fairly unexciting GBw deck; lots of removal and a bit of grind. P1P1 was between Outcaster Greenblade and Repulse. Think I would have had a much better URw deck if I had taken Repulse.

2-1 with URb combo at our #MagicMates cube team draft. Complex to play and made a few mistakes but very fun. Had a tough pick between Brain Freeze and Wheel of Fortune (had Hullbreacher and Lotus but not Breach at that point).
