1) 2nd half of July FTDs are out and as expected, there was a buildup in FTDs. On low FTD days like 7/20 or 7/31, there's huge increases in MM Short exempts. This pattern has been consistent since June 2022. Seems to be a group effort in this #MetaManipulation
