The local control amendment to HF 100 provides reasonable and meaningful zoning authority for cities over adult-use cannabis, including the ability to limit the number of businesses in a given jurisdiction. #mncities #lmcleg
Couple notable changes to the Minnesota marijuana legalization bill. Looks like the conference committee is going to permit 2 pounds of at-home possession. Also, local governments got new ability to cap retail businesses in their area by population size. No outright ban. #mnleg
