Should still work well as mono therapy. Now hoping CD19 addition will make any CD19 Car-T cell a universal Car-T for any cancer. #MoreCuresLessInvasive
@AnthonyKPark24 @SaulPriceman @SoCalYuman Thanks for the amazing work. Praying it helps my wife. Layperson question: tracer hNIS added to CF33. Now CD19. With these additions, does CF33 still act on its own as well as it would as a monotherapy? Or is it at all “diluted”?

No real reason to do it blind. Picture of recent resection I did with @CamilleLStewart. Can find any segmental pedicle in liver for parenchymal-preserving tailored resection. Working on AI methods of finding pedicles. #MoreCuresLessInvasive @CityofHopeSurg @cityofhope
What you are describing is different. If the liver has been transected it’s not blind. But many surgeons take the biliary pedicle blindly with a stapler during portal dissection prior to transection...that’s not safe IMO or as @HPB_Txp_Surg says I’m not comfortable with it
