Yes completely wrong on DMP, where you get only 1 vote, for a party which is a vote for its 2 candidates. First MLA chosen by most votes, 2nd MLA chosen by algorithm. In fact 2nd person on winning party's list of 2 is chopped liver - almost no chance of being elected. @j_mcelroy
