@GWRHelp after upgrading to first class, what a disappointment. Carpets were like a back street pub with stains everywhere. Seats were covered in crumbs and other debris. Staff passed through twice in nearly three hours with the trolley. #notfirstclass
Perhaps you could train some additional car staff too. I'm sitting on an overcrowded first class car, with ten people standing in the isle because they have first class tickets with no reservations. AND NO ONE to help or get people the seats they paid for TWICE!! #NotFirstClass
