@O2 Loyal customer, paying £2503 annual. A month, I've sought assistance with no luck—calls hung up/transfers to wrong dept, unfulfilled manager call-backs. Your service rubbish. Need 2 obtain call recordings and pursue legal action for lies/misinformation/stress caused.#O2Issue

Yes. It hasn't been working properly since Thursday and I received a text this morning to say they'll update me in 5 days or sooner. A complete joke. Defo will be after compensation when it's fixed as I'm paying for a service that isn't being provided #O2issue
