I keep seeing confusion about DHH's #omarchy. It's for the left and right side. The left are looking for an offramp from mac/win. The right has installed Arch and riced it a million times and wants to get productive quickly. There's value for both tails. Simple as.

#omarchy feels like an apex creature evolved from years of UX experimentation in Linux-on-desktop. Maybe a niche of users — but undeniably truly different from Windows and macOS, which feel a bit stale (and enshittified)
