Konfliktavklaring rundt arealbruk på havet må prioriteres høyt, sier @erna_solberg på #OneOceanWeek. 100% enig - og nøkkelen ligger i å videreutvikle forvaltningsplanene til å bli et tydelig arealplanleggingsverktøy. Det er på overtid! Vil @Hoyre løfte det?
