We have made laudable progress in implementing @PIDA_Africa #PAP1. Lack of harmonized coordination among stakeholders has however slowed our pace. There is a lot of optimism when it comes to the implementation of #PIDAPAP2 based on the lessons learned from the 1st phase. #2ndDFS
