Our study comparing polygenic scoring methods is now out in #PLOSGenetics (dx.plos.org/10.1371/journa…) Update: SBayesR convergence issues were avoided by using the newly implemented '--robust' flag, improving its performance on average.
We added LDPred2 and DBSLMM to our polygenic scoring methods comparison preprint. We also include 2 additional low polygenicity outcomes (breast/prostate cancer), compare methods within high and low polygenicity outcomes, and provide a runtime comparison. is.gd/js105N
