I don't like the way the model quotes your customization in every answer. For example, if in your personalization you say that you are a doctor and you like to run, then in the answers always mention that you are a doctor and something related to running for example. Very robotic


I use statements in my personalization settings like: Do not present generated/inferred/speculative content as fact; label it [Inference], [Speculation], or [Unverified]. Strong claims require sources. If unverifiable, say: “I cannot verify this.”

I think relevance _is_ personalization. If it's relevant, it feels personal! Like the product/person/etc "gets" me. I don't need something to say "Hey CYNTHIA..." just the content hitting my exact paint point in the moment makes me feel seen.

Relevance > personalization. For websites. For emails. For products. And it's easier.
