Catching up on the other DC books I’m following as part of FCTC, which makes these #PodcastingHomework I guess. Legion continues to be fun. And Aquaman is bringing in all of the undersea characters (or most of them) as the story screams towards its conclusion.
On to the #PodcastingHomework books. Marc Spector: Moon Knight #10. The Punisher team up ended well. Dixon has a good handle on that character. Lots of fighting and terse dialogue. Couldn’t ask for more.
Finally, some #PodcastingHomework. Two most FCTC books. Lois heads off in one and another woman become a bit obsessed.
All righty, moving on to #PodcastingHomework book. First up, for an upcoming conversation with @NocturneTomDeja...Champions #2.
Snuck in one #PodcastingHomework book. Incredible Hulk #363. Acts of Vengeance crossover. It was fun. A little on the nose humor wise but fun.
Next up was a stack of books that were part of my #PodcastingHomework for the FCTC recording we did on Sunday. A fill in issue of Superboy before Ron Marz takes over as writer. Not a particularly good issue. Superboy and the Ravers was a lot more fun than I remembered.
Alrighty. Switching gears to my #PodcastingHomework reading. For a future episode of Views, I read Champions #1.
Next up were four books I’m filing under both #PodcastingHomework & #ReadingTheBooksThatIKept. Chuck Dixon’s run on Marc Spector: Moon Knight was something I kept from the great purge of 2019. Because of an upcoming crossover I am part of I began reading it.
I also read Marc Spector: Moon Knight #5 for my #PodcastingHomework. A decent read. Dixon is really playing up Marc’s private life, which makes for some good comedic moments. It’s definitely a more lighthearted take on an urban vigilante.
