Com fer el pas? El #PAcTE ofereix facilitació, comunitats de pràctica, visites i estades a centres de referència. Els centres participants analitzen la seva realitat, formen un equip impulsor (amb participació de la direcció) i impliquen tota la comunitat.
Participar al #PAcTE significa apostar per l’èxit educatiu, prevenir l’abandonament i enfortir la cohesió social. El programa impulsa una cultura reflexiva per a la millora contínua que actualitza el projecte de centre i apodera la comunitat educativa
