Today #Prop63 goes into effect. The CADOJ is committed to doing everything we can to protect the people of California—the new ammunition eligibility check requirements are an important step forward in our ability to do just that. For more information: oag.ca.gov/firearms

#Prop63 resources too often don’t reach the people who need it the most. Reform must focus funding on street homeless, at-risk and foster youth, and those involved in the criminal justice system. Must also expand the kinds of svcs it can pay for, specifically addiction treatment.
