這就算了，幫它加個 .pytensorrc，然後 #pytensor 執行效率比以前更糟，這麼辛苦到底是為了什麼～～😭😭😭😭

#pytensor 一直回報沒有 BLAS，然後用了一大串奇技淫巧，就是不執行 pkg-config，然後 config 變數裡的 blas__ldflags 就是空字串，所以回報沒有 BLAS
