Got a couple of weeks gap between jobs so caught up on some #RISC_OS programming. Can now drag a folder to an icon and display a basic tree view. Can load and save text files and already had a basic layout manager. Time to start building a text editor...

Worked on my #RISC_OS 'text editor' for the best part of a week and currently all it can do is display error messages! 😄

Getting outline fonts to work took me fair bit longer than it should have, all because I didn't make the validation string persist beyond creation of the icon. #RISC_OS
