Hammer time! Restored 1974 Paykan, owned by Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu, sells at auction for 95,000 euros. It was originally a gift from the Shah of Iran. The prized Paykan, Persian for Arrow, was a Hillman Hunter built in Iran under licence from the #RootesGroup.
