Back in Feb-Mch ChatGPT & Bing couldn't parse a legislative prohibition as IF-THEN sensibly. Now Bing can parse it, suggest Python, suggest trick question & better one, & give useful answers. Still some wrinkles but much closer to helping us mark up legislative logic #RulesAsCode
