For physical rest 1) my kitties - if I lay down, they will come and curl up with me. Their purrs and head butts help me to relax. 2) Getting a massage. Today I just had a tension release massage. When my shoulders dont ache I can rest better #SCLSaturday #WeneeRestWknd #wonho
