Running with height difference is quite hard. Reminds me of this year's #sqlbitsrun with @heymiky around the Celtic Manor hotel, only now 25 degrees warmer.
The route for tomorrow’s #sqlbitsrun takes on the official ICC Wales, the course is available here strava.com/routes/3065618… unfortunately I won’t make it due to injury but there’s still loads of people going for it to be fun, enjoy everyone!
