Rotten #Scraw timber Purlins & Ridge boards caused by leaking Cement #Flaunching on roof declared in "Good Condition", the same #Flaunchings which DfC HEDNI state are Fit for Purpose even if they are showing "Wear & Tear" This #DfC #HEDNI Thatch Survey is Proof of Incompetence.

I prefer a public forum. Its a basic #ScollopedOnThatch depth question. Surely you wish to publically clarify best practices in order to preserve the ever decreasing number of traditionally Scolloped on roofs with authentic Irish #Scraw roof structures. @HeritageHubIRE #HEDNI
