Got my 3.5 stone today.. set myself a target and i hit it! From18 stone 2lb to 14 stone 3.5lb since feb. Mainly with Slimming world (26 weeks). Hard work and dedication. Promised myself i I woulnt go away that size again.. and i have kept that promise to myself. #Selfimprovements
