5 minutes to change this temp probe and an hour to let the rethermalizer heat. Being thorough and confirming that units are heat cycling properly is why my call-backs are near zero. Too many guys make the mistake of assuming it's fine. #ServiceTechLife

Another of Mr. Fix-It's repairs. He installed a new heating element and didn't secure it properly, so when it fell out of place, the terminal shorted on the cabinet. Buddy had cut the ground wire from the chassis, so someone could have been shocked. 🤦♂️ #ServiceTechLife
