Has any #Spikeinterface and #Probeinterface user modeled a non-linear tritrode (like a tetrode, but only 3 channels)? I'm struggling to make probes with odd number of channels in non-symmetric designs (maybe numpy limitations?)...
Thanks for your comment and interest. psort data structure is based on hdf5 which is very close to NWB file format. We definitely will work on some support for NWB and compatibility with #SpikeInterface (@MatthiasHennig6)
To all #SpikeInterface users: SpikeInterface 0.90.0 has just been released! pypi.org/project/spikei… The new version is a major API update and it breaks bakward compatibility. The new code base is MUCH faster and more efficient. Here is a quick list of the major changes:
