#Stollenbread: It’s yeasty, with bits of pre-chewed fruit inside, wearing an awkward toupee of icing. Like it wanted to be a respectable fruitcake when it grew up, but its mother wouldn’t let it. And I resent that as I head in to work for a morning of #baking.
