Yes, I believe you when you say there're poor Khas-aryas in Sudurpaschim. In fact, wouldn't be surprised if there are MORE poor Khas-aryas than say poor Dalits! But, here's d thing: they aren't poor b/c they are Khas-arya. Dalits are poor b/c they are Dalits. #StructuralPrivilege
