Great question! I simply say that it's a two-pronged approach. One is to speak to the value of and build a community of thoughts and ideas. Two, is to demonstrate the value that is derived from collaboration. #TeachingChannelTalks
Principals need to role model and stay on the cutting edge. If you’re not getting better you’re getting worse. If you’re not growing you’re shrinking 😭😢 #TeachingChannelTalks
Hard for folks going into rooms solo to say not to food...it takes an intentional positive connection to listen, support and encourage those who may prefer going it alone...breaking bread can touch even the most staunch team member #teachingchanneltalks
