That’s like saying a bullet doesn’t kill someone it’s only if it’s aimed at them, there’s no getting away from the fact that speed kills. You can try & convince yourself otherwise but you won’t be changing my mind nor the mind of many who have lost loved ones #thinkAMY
Sadly EDIZ there are bad cyclist ( cycle paths ) out there & those with attitudes eluding to the thought that cyclist can do no wrong even killing a pedestrian is apparently not a concern to them, this 1 year jail term is abhorrent it should be the same as manslaughter #thinkAMY

Some cyclists will use pavements for their safety & bearing in mind the number of deaths & injuries to cyclists I understand why some vulnerable cyclists might break the law by cycling on the pavement but they must always give way to pedestrians & put their safety first #thinkAMY
