@TMobile it’s been 8 days since my IMEI was suddenly blocked for no reason (Ticket #02955787) after 2 years of regular use. Still no resolution — just blame passed between Apple, Costco, and now AT&T. Who will take ownership and fix this? #TMobileHelp #CustomerServiceFail

I'm very upset with T Mobile & McAlister's. We were so excited, but all fell apart. The app wasn't working and the store shut down the online service. McAllister's staff in Albuquerque didn't care and they didn't try to correct things. #TMobileTuesday #tmobilehelp #mcallisters

I traded my OnePlus 7 Pro for a Google Pixel 8 with a $250 credit promise by the store manager on 04Nov23. When I decided to return the Pixel on 05Nov23, the store manager wasn't there, and despite assurances, my old phone was sent out. #CustomerService #TmobileHelp

@TMobile I was told I could use a second eSIM (Turkish line) when I bought the phone. Now I’m told I can’t unless it’s fully paid off—which was never mentioned. I can’t access my bank accounts or manage important tasks. This is unacceptable. #TMobileHelp @TMobileHelp
