The road to Mutarazi Falls really needs attention. We have a tourism gem there in the Eastern Highlands but the road doesn’t help the situation. Hopefully someone is thinking of it and considering a project for it. #TravelZimbabwe
I share similar sentiments. The efforts we make to please foreigners are actually efforts we must put in pleasing our local travelers. These locals will do marketing for us, and it’s even more effective than any influencer campaigns, and exhibitions. #TravelZimbabwe
Unpopular opinion: To attract tourists, make your cities and country LIVABLE for the residents. Put up attractions for the residents primarily and improve their living standards. Then advertise those to tourists. The "Foreign Gaze" in African tourism needs to die!

This is the Lions Head which the dam gets its name from. Locally it’s called Mumurwi Mountain, and it’s slowly becoming a hiker’s interest because of its spectacular aerial views. #TravelZimbabwe
