adding to my opinion above... the fight for Tulu and Kodava languages (or any other) is just as important ...... while every community has the right to preserve and promote its mother tongue, the prob arises when these struggles are all mixed together. they don’t need to be

Keep ypu Hindi as 2nd Language with your state. We need only #TwoLanguages policy as curruculam. If necessary, we will learn 10 languages. Necessity is the mother of Invention (Learning Languages).
